Convert MOV to FLV On Mac OS X

Some of you may have an interesting MOV video from a camera on your Mac device. Most of them support FLV files, so you have to change your MOV video to FLV. Here is how to do it.

2. In the MOV to FLV Mac program, load the MOV files. To import your MOV files, just click ‘Add’ button.
   
3. From the output format dropdown list, select ‘Common Video’ in the left pane, and select ‘FLV’ in the right pane.
   
4. Start the conversion.
