On the license agreement screen, click ‘Accept’ and then click ‘Close’ when the installation process completes.
  2. Run OpenOffice 3.0 and open your PDF files. Click ‘File’ -> ‘Open’ and browse the documents you want to convert.
  3. Click ‘File’ -> ‘Save As’. Give a name for the new converted documents in the “File Name” text box and select the destination to store the converted document. In the ‘Save As Type’ drop-down list, select the format you want to use for conversion. If you want the converted document fully compatible with OpenOffice, you have to select ‘OpenOffice.org 1.0 Drawing (SXD)’.
