This problem has been solved by one member of the Android Central forums. Here's how to get Facebook push notification for Android:
- Login to Facebook using the Facebook app on the BlackBerry, you can borrow your friend’s BB or get it from a store that was having a demo.
- Wait few moments until you see your Newsfeed updated.
- Log out.
- Go into FB settings on your Android and check the Notification box.
- You would get the Facebook push notification for your Android.
If the steps above didn’t worked, you may check these steps:
Log in to Facebook from your computer, Account dropdown > Account Settings > Application (right side of the page). Look at the list to see if you have “Facebook for BlackBerry Smartphone”. If so, just give check the box for notifications to activate this app. If it isn’t there, then you have to do the first step above.
Some people reported that this method didn’t work for them, but you can check this method to get Facebook push notification for Android since there is no cost to try and you just spend your time not more than 10 minutes. Share it to your friends please...
